Scope, responsibilities, performance, price, schedule and partner roles are binding only when stated in an executed project agreement. Availability of permits, grid access, finance, incentives and third-party resources cannot be guaranteed through website content.
Intellectual property
Website text, brand assets and original layouts may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links or introductions to third parties are provided for convenience and project coordination. IHS is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its contractual scope.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law and jurisdiction for a project are defined in the executed customer contract. Mandatory applicable law remains unaffected.
